No WSOP This Year :(

That's it. My quest has ended. I've dropped close to a grand trying to qualify with absolutely no results. I got to the last step at Party but bombed out of that one (see previous post). My bankroll has taken too much of a hit, and my confidence has declined with it. The last chance I would have is tomorrow anyway at the Stars 150 seat guarantee. I tried qualifying for this three times this week and couldn't do it, took some brutal beats and bad luck and have just sucked in general.

Now that this is over I feel a little more relaxed, since I'm not under the time pressure I was trying to qualify for the Main Event. I'm still disappointed I couldn't make it, but with the way I've been playing, I would've just been throwing it away anyway. My game is pretty off right now because of the pressure I put on myself, and hopefully being more relaxed will help me earn some extra cash before work starts.

I'm still debating whether to fly out to Vegas for a few days before work starts. I think it'll depend on how the next week or so goes. But for now, life goes on. There's always next year.
