May has been good to me

May is over for poker, and all in all, it's been pretty good to me thanks to the last two weeks of it. Maybe I should have entered the 2+2 challenge, but eh, I'm not quite up to that level yet.

Pretty good month for me. I feel a lot more comfortable now that school's out and I don't have nearly as much on my mind. I've been a lot more patient and reading/learning more through books and 2+2. Obviously the stats are helped by my $2,400+ night on Sunday in the Party 40k Guaranteed, placing 5th/2464. Still pissed about the JJ < KK hand that busted me, but there wasn't much I could do there. Also finished 3rd in a Stars 20/180 and FT'd a Pacific 25k, but really no big cashes beyond that. Variance is a bitch, but it treated me well this month.

Hopefully June will be even better to me. A WSOP ticket would be nice too :)
