Vegas, July 29 (Day 4)

Yes there is a day 4! I was debating whether to play this morning, but thought I'd see what the game was like and see if anyone was there who had been playing all night.

I sat down and recognized a kid I played with on the first night who was straddling every round. Nothing too eventful for the first 40 min or so, but things start to turn around.

At about $170 of my $200 buy in, I get 68o on the button after 2 limpers. I call, SB completes, and BB checks. Flop comes K79 two clubs, and EP limper bets 10, I call, others fold. Turn is a Td, he bets 20, I raise to 65, he pushes, I instacall. He has KT and no boat on the river puts me up to $340. He's pissed.

About 20 minutes later I get AhTd in MP after EP calling station limps. I raise to 15, he calls, others fold. Flop is 983 all hearts, I bet 20 after he checks, he calls. Turn is As, he checks, I bet 45, he calls. River is Kc and we go check/check. I table my hand and he mucks, I'm up to $425 or so.

Soon after I get 87o on the button, folded to me, I raise to 12. SB who's playing in the WSOP calls, and BB folds. Flop is Q73, he checks, I bet 15, he raises to 45. He could be doing this with air, as he is somewhat knowledgeable. So I call and use my position. Turn is a 9, we check through. River is an 8, he checks, I bet 35, he calls and disgustingly mucks. I'm up to about $500. Give me your WSOP seat old man.

Last hand worth mentioning is I get QQ in MP and raise an EP limper to 15. He calls. Flop comes AKx and I know I can push him off a weak A or K, so I bet 20. He shows K6 of diamonds and folds. I say "good fold" and show him QQ to rub it in. Learn how to play son. I'm up to $528 and cash out soon after.

Session Total: +$328
Trip Total: +$115

I had a great time here, and now I'm at the airport typing this. My flight gets in at about 9:45, and hopefully I'll get to say goodbye to Jenn before she leaves. Then I'll probably be up all night cause I'm on pacific time.

If you actually read my updates throughout my trip, I hope you enjoyed them and maybe learned from them. They're pretty heavily dominated by poker, but that's what the trip was for. Later.
